We had an amazing trip! We all loved it. Everything was really nice and well organized.   Hotel was good, all activites were very nice and our guide Svetlana really professional, flexible and friendly. As we said to her, we felt like friends and not customers. The only activity we did not really enjoy is the diving experience. I think you must have a certain level to do it as the conditions are really extreme and we did not feel the persons responsible for this activity very professional.   But one more time it was a dream for us to see the lake frozen and we will never forget this experience. It is also thanks to you!    We all shared your contacts with our colleagues and friends here in Moscow so you might have some new customers soon!   See you maybe in summer!
